How we work with your business office
Everything your business office will ask for, on one page, before they have to email anyone.
Build a request
Add the kits and classroom counts you need. Prices are published openly — nothing is hidden behind a form.
We send a formal quote
Within one business day, on letterhead, with our W-9 attached and shipping calculated.
Your district issues a PO
Send it to the address on the quote. We accept district POs on Net 30 terms.
We build and ship
You get an invoice that matches the PO line for line.
Ordering made simple.
What we send you, and what we need from you, in one table. Nothing here needs a phone call first.
| W-9 | Current year, attached to every quote. Ask and we will send it ahead of the quote. |
| Payment terms | Net 30 on approved district purchase orders. Credit card and check also accepted. |
| Tax exemption | Send us your certificate with your request and tax comes off before the quote is issued. |
| Vendor registration | We will complete your district’s vendor onboarding forms. Send them with your request. |
| Certifications | SBA-certified Woman-Owned Small Business. Registered in SAM.gov. |
| Quote validity | 60 days from issue |
| Summer orders | Summer is our busiest queue. Tell us your first teaching day and we will be straight with you about it. |
Spending Title funds?
Instructional materials that support a core curriculum are generally an allowable use. We will format the quote so it maps cleanly to your funding code, and we can supply a description of alignment to the curriculum for your documentation.
Ask for a funding-ready quoteNeed it faster?
Tell us your first teaching day in the request. If the timeline is tight we will say so honestly rather than promise a date we cannot hold.
